The line was launched in 2013, with Jay-Z’s Fuckwithmeyouknowigotit used as the soundtrack in the release video. Parlux however claims Jay-Z became absent since then.
According to Parlux, the Holy Grail rapper refused to push the product on his social media, and missed TV appearances on Good Morning America and promotional appearances in major retailers like Macy’s.
Parlux have claimed stores are returning unsold products, and are suing Hov for $18 million.
